Definition: "Cancellation Notice"

A Cancellation Notice is…

Document required to be posted to the investor that gives him a number of days, usually 14, to change his mind. Effectively replaced with a few very minor exceptions, the old Statutory Notice under the Insurance Companies Regulations 1981.
